Tariffs Feldas Real Estate 1. Tariffs for buying and selling a house in Italy The fee to buy or sell a house or company:

At the rent of a garage applies a tariff of 15% of the year hiring sum with a minimum of € 350, -. 5.Tariffs for services Feldas Real Estate is frequently asked only to negotiate, when parties are already confessed or the client itself has selected a house. The tariff for only leading the negotiations and (possibly) the settlement at the notary, amounts to 1.5% of the buy sum with a minumum of € 1.500,-. Our service includes bringing out an appraisal report (with construction techno testing) and giving a purchase recommendation, then the appraisal tariff has multiplied chargeable with the costs of a possible testing with. €650,- for the advice. 6.Tariffs at recommendation Preliminary advice First consultation is always free.
