Tariffs Feldas business

1. Tariffs at buy and sale
The fee at buy and sale amounts to a percentage of the sale amount.

till € 500.000,- 3% with minimum of € 2.000,-
from € 500.000,- till € 2.500.000,- 2,5% with minimum of € 15.000,-
from € 2.500.000,- and higher 2% with minimum of € 62,500,-

Is there at an operation (also) a transfer of movable matter and capacity rights (such as inventory and/or goodwill) then concerning the value of it 9% are counted with minimum of € 1.350,-.

2. Tariffs at hiring and rent
The fee at hiring and rent amounts to 18% with minimum of € 1.500,- concerning the hiring amount per year.
Main point thereby is a lease for five years. For each year, which an agreement lasts longer than 5 years of age the fee is raised with 0.25% concerning the hiring sum per year. At of this a derogatory period our tariff in consultation is determined.

3. Tariffs at new building
At sale/rent the service dependent on complexes with the project developer or builder (salesman) rates agreements are made of the scope of the project and to provide. At the rates agreements also the interim payments will be agreed.


4. Consultancy tariff
The recommendation - and research tariff has been based on hour remuneration compensation:
  • senior consultant € 185, - per hour
  • consultant € 150, - per hour
  • junior consultant € 105, - per hour
In these hour remunerations secretarial services have been included. Beside the hour remuneration compensation chargeable made advances, travel are - and subsistence expenses and office costs large 10% of total hour remuneration amount.
Many recommendation products, such as feasibility researches, market reports and market researches are also performed on the basis of a tender based on aforesaid compensations.
