Conditions 1. Conditions and tariffs apply on the service by Feldas Real Estate. 2. Feldas Real Estate distinguishes at its tariffs in tariffs for: a. Individuals, those services decrease within the framework of their prived-home or second house (tariffs Feldas Private); b. The remaining parties, that actions within the framework of their profession, company or institution (tariffs Feldas Business). 3. On the task acceptance and on our service Article 4 / 8 of our conditions of application. 4. As a tariff, that has corresponded, to apply the following tariffs unless it were in writing differently corresponded. Of activities, that in tariffs mentioned below do not stand taken, money the agreements which are made about that written. A written task affirmative includes also a task affirmative by fax or e-mail. 5. In these conditions and tariffs the tariffs has not been incorporated at mortgages. 6. In these conditions and tariffs the tariffs for well management has not been incorporated. 7. . Every liability of Feldas Real Estate is restricted to up to the amount that as a fee chargeable is by the constituent for the concerning task. At tasks for which a periodic payment of the fee was agreed, a restriction to up to the fee concerning the last six applies months. 8. At integrating third parties and obtaining information Feldas Real Estate carefully work will go. Feldas Real Estate are not responsible for damage, that the consequence has been obtained of shortcomings of third parties or of shortcomings to supplied or information.
